Notification of radio equipment whose use is not harmonised throughout the European Community

Article 6.4 of Directive 1999/5/EC requires that radio equipment using frequency bands whose use is not harmonised throughout the European Community shall be notified to the relevant national spectrum management authorities at least four weeks before it is placed on their market.

Notifications for placing equipment on the Danish market should be submitted by e-mail to the National IT and Telecom Agency at the following address:
One-stop notification procedure
As of 7 January 2008 it is possible to send notifications using a one-stop procedure to a number of spectrum authorities, including the Danish authority, the National IT and Telecom Agency.
