Mr. Jørgen
Abild Andersen has been Director General for the National IT and
Telecom Agency since 2002.
From 1991 to 2002 he was Director General for the National Telecom Agency and from 1984 to 1991 Deputy Permanent Secretary at the General Director for Post and Telegraphs in the Ministry of Public Works. From 2003 to 2004 he was Chairman of the European Commission Radio Spectrum Policy Group. In 2005 Mr. Andersen served as a Chairman for European Regulators Group (ERG) and the Independent Regulators Group (IRG).
Mr. Andersen has a Masters degree in Law (1975) from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
